General Terms and Conditions

1. By publishing your message, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the iboord.com (and, respectively, the company Roseyard that operates it), and related applications. If you do not agree with the agreement, do not publish messages.

2. By using iboord.com service, you are in the minimum age or older, according to the law and other regulation valid in your country of residence.

3. If you choose one of our paid services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location and the currency of your account. Prices are primarily charged in USD.

4. You agree that from time to time an email with news and updates can be sent to an address you provided.

5. By publishing a message, you acknowledge that this message will be made public to all viewers for the period of time you selected. It will be stored in our system for an unlimited time period, including the information about the publisher.

6. Publishing a message can be confirmed by an email. If you confirm your message by email, you can later un-publish your message. A message not confirmed by email cannot be cancelled.

7. By publishing a message, you agree that your message can be liked and disliked by other users and may appear among the most liked or disliked messages (top lists).

8. By publishing a message, you agree that you message will be free of offensive language, racism, religious hate, unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene and other similar expressions. Iboord.com reserves the right to modify or delete messages not complying to this rule, without the possibility refund.

9. By publishing a message, you confirm that you will comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, drugs control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. You will not harass, abuse or harm another person.

10. By publishing a message, you agree that you will not disclose information that you do not have the right to disclose, such as confidential information of others.

11. By publishing a message, you agree that you will not violate intellectual property rights of others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.

12. By publishing a message, you agree that you will not pretend to be someone else (as the author of the message).

13. You will not post any software or any link, which could lead other users to download software viruses, worms, or any other harmful code.

14. Your will not: copy or use the information, content or data of others available on the website, copy or use the information, content or data on iboord.com in connection with a competitive service, engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the iboord.com.

15. Iboord.com disclaim all implied warranties and representations and do not guarantee that the services will be available without interruption. If the services of iboord.com are unavailable (e.g. due to software of hardware failure or maintenance) for more than 20% of the time you paid for, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the fee you paid for the publication of the message.

16. Iboord.com will not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of reputation, opportunities, profits or revenues, related to the services (e.g. offensive or defamatory messages, service unavailability, misleading information).

17. The liability of iboord.com shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate for all claims, an amount of USD 100. This limitation of liability is part of the contract between iboord.com and you and shall apply to all claims of liability (e.g. warranty, tort, negligence, contract, law).
